Shipping

We ship worldwide. As each piece is made to order, allow ten to thirteen business days between confirmation of your order and delivery. This does not include any delays caused by the carrier or by customs formalities.

Delivery is made to the address given when ordering. When you physically take possession of the parcel, the risk of loss or damage passes to you: it is your responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations about the product delivered.

Customs duties outside the European Union

For products shipped outside the European Union and to the French overseas departments and territories, customs duties, local taxes or import duties may be payable. These sums are not within the seller's remit: they are borne by the buyer, who is responsible for declaring and paying them to the competent authorities. They are added to the displayed price.

Check with the competent local authorities before ordering.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Code de la consommation, you have fourteen clear days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise it, write to fursultvnvsav@gmail.com stating your order number. We will reply with the procedure to follow and the standard withdrawal form, as well as the address to which to return your order.

Return conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition and complete: unworn, labels in place, packaging and accessories included, so that they can be resold as new.
• The return should where possible be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.
• Return costs remain payable by the customer.
• Personalised products and made-to-measure orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refund

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised within the period provided, only the price of the products purchased and the initial shipping costs are refunded. Return costs remain payable by you.

Defective or non-conforming products

The seller provides the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against latent defects. A product that is defective or does not match the order is refunded or exchanged. Write to fursultvnvsav@gmail.com.
